Venus Halo Domestic Solar Water Heater—Harness Solar Energy Every Day

Bring the benefits of solar water heating to your home with the Venus Halo Domestic Solar Water Heater. Designed around Flat Plate Collector (FPC) technology, the system captures solar radiation through an absorber plate and transfers the collected heat to water.

The heated water is stored in an insulated tank for subsequent household use. By making use of renewable solar energy, the Halo Domestic Solar Water Heater can help reduce the electricity consumed for conventional water heating.

Explore the available capacity and installation requirements to determine whether the Halo FPC system is right for your home.

FAQ

Any Question? Can We Help You.

A flat plate collector uses a solar absorber plate to capture sunlight and convert it into heat. This heat is transferred to water, which can then be stored in an insulated tank.

An FPC system uses an absorber plate beneath a transparent cover, while a VTC system uses evacuated glass tubes with selective absorber coatings. Both collect solar energy, but their collector construction and thermal performance characteristics differ.

Yes. It can reduce the electricity required for water heating by using solar energy. Actual savings depend on sunlight, usage, local electricity tariffs and the system's capacity.

It may still collect some diffuse solar radiation, but heating performance generally decreases when sunlight is weak. Hot-water availability depends on weather, previous heat collection and consumption.

Select capacity based on the number of household members, bathing requirements, daily hot-water demand, local weather and available roof space. A Venus representative can help assess the installation.
