1. Installation requests must be registered through VENUS Customer Care.
2. Must be registered for installation calls before 1:00 PM for same-day installation eligibility.
3. New Product delivery from sellers side must be completed to the customer's location before 1:00 PM.
4. Same-day installation services are available only within city limits For outside of city installation will be completed within 3 days.
5. From our service provider locations, same-day installation is available within a radius of 40 km in metro cities and up to 25 km in non-metro cities.
6. The installation site must have plumbing and electrical provisions ready.
7. The customer or their representative must be available at the time of installation.
8. Same-day installation services are available only on VHA working days.
If any of the above-mentioned points are not followed by sellers or customers, the new installation will be rescheduled based on the customer's convenient time or within the VHA response time accordingly.
