I purchased the Venus 25YVH water heater back in 2010, and I must say, it has been an incredibly reliable and efficient appliance for the past 15 years. From day one, it delivered consistent hot water, had excellent heating performance, and required minimal maintenance. The build quality was solid, and the unit proved its durability across all seasons, year after year.
